On August 3rd 2010 the contracts regarding the construction of the long awaited event venue, Ktima Makenzy were signed at the offices of SCP Architects Engineers in Larnaca by M.A. KTIMA MAKENZY LTD and the construction company MATHAIOS STYLIANOU AND SON LTD.
The contracts were signed on behalf of M.A KTIMA MAKENZY LTD by the company directors Mr Andreas Matolis and Mr Paris Paraskeva and on behalf of MATHAIOS STYLIANOS AND SON LTD by Mr Mathaios Stylianou, in the presence of the project architect Mr Christos Savva of SCP Architects Engineers.
This impressive project will be a gem for the town of Larnaca, and it will include facilities for wedding receptions, corporate events, conferences and other events.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of January 2011.
